The thing about streaks – you carry on for days and now it’s instilled as a habit too. However, a situation arises when a gap occurs or you feel like taking the weekend off.
In such a scenario, you cannot pause it and resume it.
You have to restart it.
Start again from Day 0 and build it up from there.
That’s the only way to maintain discipline and instill that habit to your lifestyle from the long-term perspective of your life.
