(What do streaks mean and about my current streaks – mentioned in the blog post ‘The thing about Streaks Part 1)
The thing about streaks – you carry on for days and now it’s instilled as a habit too. However, a situation arises when a gap occurs or you feel like taking the weekend off.
In such a scenario, you cannot pause it and resume it.
You have to restart it.
Start again from Day 0 and build it up from there.
That’s the only way to maintain discipline and instill that habit to your lifestyle from the long-term perspective of your life.
“A bend in the road is not the end of the road… Unless you fail to make the turn.” – Helen Keller
Ultimately, it’s all about the choices you make.
These choices depend on the perspective you have.
The perspective comes from the kind of mindset you have.
If it is a positive one, then a bend in the road is not the end of the road.
However, if it is a negative one, then you will fail to make the turn.
• Never Stop Learning •
Education is limited, learning is not.
In order to grow as a person, to evolve, to upgrade to a higher version of yourself, you need to keep learning!
– and, everyday!
It could be in any form – written, audio, video – either consumption on the internet, or having conversations with like-minded people, whatever suits you best.
That’s the key – Never Stop Learning!
• Streaks •
The thing about streaks is that it allows you to commit to something, that you have been longing to do.
Every day is a push initially to complete it.
The streak continues and eventually you do it long enough to make it into a habit.

Everyone holds people’s opinions on a pedestal and base their lives around it!
However, have you ever read the definition of an ‘opinion’?
A view or a judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.
The opinion is not based on facts neither does the person have the 100% knowledge of your life?
Then why are these opinions so important?
Think about it.
If you think about the past, then you’d regret it.
If you think about the future, then you’d always be anxious.
Be in the present! Live and enjoy each day to its fullest!
An open mind is the key to accepting change and implementing it too.
One can listen to endless inspirational stuff and read n number of books, but if you have a pessimistic mindset towards it, then what’s the point of it all?
First step is to acknowledge that you need change. It all starts from there and it’s all about the Mindset.
