Changing your morning narrative!

There are two things that happen every morning!

Either you are in your control or your narrative.

When you let the narrative control you, then you are not in control.

And vice versa.

What do I mean by that?

How often does it happen that you wake up and you immediately had to rush for work, or with the current times, immediately log in to work?

How often does it happen that you wake up and you’ve missed the workout time or your meditation time or even your breakfast time?

This is when the narrative controls you.

This is what happens when there is no regular sleep and wake up timings and the irregular scheduling hurts all the activities throughout the day.

One after the other, everything is rescheduled and then something fits in another time or it has to be dropped.

On the contrary, when your circadian rhythm is in check, when you have a regular sleep and wake up pattern, you’re in control of your life.

You control when to workout, you control when to have breakfast, you control how calmly and with ease can you start your work.

This is how you change your morning narrative.

And it changes when you control your decisions, rather than letting these tasks controlling your decisions.

Know that you chose the path you’re currently on.

Know that you chose to be the person you are.

Know that you chose to have the emotions and feelings you have right now.

Know that you chose all of this.

It all starts with being accountable of your own choices and own doings.

When you accept accountability of your decisions, then you realize it is you who has the power to also change something if you don’t like it.

You also realize that you’re in control of your life and it is you who chooses everything and anything about yourself, past, present and future.
