You don’t have to tell you’re happy!

You don’t have to tell you’re happy!

Happiness has become such a huge debate in today’s times, and more than usual, because we have been programmed to think about it in a certain way and on top of that, there are so many out there with their own definitions about it.

In the midst of this, a lot of people feel to share that they’re happy.

Whether in conversations or social media, someone will tell they are happy.

See, that is not wrong at all.

My point behind this post is this, of course we should share our happiness with others, we should put more optimism and positivity out there.

My question is are you genuinely feeling happy or are you feeling the pressure to say that you’re happy too!?

Someone who is happy can share that they are, but it also shows in the way they talk or in their actions.

Another point that I’d like to add here is this… I’m talking about macro happy, the overall happiness of life, feeling happy, not the micro successes or accomplishments of personal and professional that we would like to share and which also makes us ecstatic at that time.

When you’re truly happy, you should feel it and that is something that is shared automatically, not something that you have to convince other people about.

You need to be Happy today! ❤️

You need to be Happy today! ❤️

Happiness today, not tomorrow is the goal.

You need to be happy today.

Happiness is lived, not earned or achieved.

How do you do that?
• Being grateful for what you have,
• Loving what you do and,
• Loving the process more than the destination.

Three minor tweaks to your day-to-day life and you can start being happy today!

How are you doing?

How are you doing?

Let’s start asking ‘How are you doing?’ instead of ‘What do you do?’ and ‘How’s work going on?’ to everyone we meet!

What do you think?

People don’t speak about their feelings and emotions! People don’t speak up whether they’re happy or not!

//Happiness is what matters, right now, tomorrow and in the future.//

Yes, work’s important and yes, goals are important too, but not at the cost of your happiness!

A simple question, ‘How are you doing?’ would allow everyone to live a better life and actually make them aware of their feelings and emotions! #FoodForThought

My undying love for Manchester United

My undying love for Manchester United

I don’t think I can describe my love for Manchester United in just words; it’s a feeling, it’s a passion, it’s a delight watching them play – whether the result is a win, draw or loss.

This support started back in late 2010, and it has only grown over the years – whether it was during the college exams or work (late-night deadlines etc.), the priority has always been Manchester United. Everything else is then second to it.

This scenario, for me, is my escapism from my work and everything else. Admittedly, not because, I’m uninterested or unsatisfied with it, but once in a while, you want to avoid the mental/physical hustle of everyday life.

For everyone, their escapism path is different, for me, it’s this – I wait every week for those 90 minutes, and it’s worth it.

You Matter.

Yes, you do. You’re here for a reason. You may not know it yet, but the journey has just started! You have time to figure everything out. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

When was the last time you were asked, Are you Happy?

When was the last time you were asked, Are you Happy?

Every time you meet someone, the question boils down to, “How’s work going on?

With me, the conversation comes down to two questions, “How many clients do you have?” and “How many employees do you have?” apart from the general question above.

When was the last time someone asked you, or you asked someone, “Are you Happy?

Because, it starts and ends with that, happiness. Are you Happy in your life? Are you Happy at your work? Happiness is not a chase, but a journey, a state that we should live in every day!

Next time you meet someone, for a change, pose this question and see how meaningful the conversation turns out to be! ❤️

The World is Black and White. ⚫⚪

The World is Black and White. ⚫⚪

We live a simple life, and anything beyond black and white is luxury. Necessary luxury or not, it’s up to you.

Metaphorically speaking, every colour you add to your life is luxury. Whether you add that colour for yourself or to show it to others is up to you!

The sooner we realise our decision-making process, the better for us! Do we want to win or do we want to show others that we have “won”? #DontKeepUpWithTheJoneses

Don’t think much. Just do what makes you happy.

If you’re confident of your decisions, then even if you fail, you would have no regrets.

Kindness towards Everyone

“Attitude is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Kindness is a choice. Giving is a choice. Respect is a choice. Whatever choice you make makes you. Choose wisely.” – Roy T. Bennett

“When you are kind to others, it not only changes you, it changes the world.” – Harold Kushner

  • With no judgement towards others in your mind,
  • With an intent to provide value,
  • With a kind feeling towards everyone,

Your perspective changes!

You see your general surroundings in a better manner! In these situations, you have no other expectations, but to provide value!

That feeling is indescribable! Start showing kindness towards others by thoughts or deed! If you believe in ‘karma‘, then you should also think that the universe will repay you somehow, sooner or later! ❤️

Make this day the best Monday of your life.

Make this day the best Monday of your life.

Dictate these words to your mind, ‘Today will be the best Monday of my Life‘ and let that inner voice of yours repeat it, until your sub-conscious mind understands it too.

Why is Life so tough?

Why is Life so tough?

Was life ever supposed to be easy? Everything we want to achieve comes through focus, hard work and hustle.

Sometimes, we ponder over life, why do we struggle so much, why experience this journey, more importantly, ‘Why is Life so Tough?

Well, the most straightforward answer is our goals and the happiness of being on this journey towards reaching that goal.

The happiness of having this life, where we have the advantage and the choice of working towards those dreams.

That self-realisation is so vital to remember; it’s what pushes us further. There will be struggles, the downs, the frustration. However, the purest joy to have this chance of overcoming them makes the whole thought of ‘Why is Life so tough’ disappear.
