Since last November’18, up till the end of May, my physical exercise used to be in the form of tennis 🎾!
Since the 1st of June (with the start of monsoons), I had to take a break for a while and with that, a break also took place in my exercise schedule.
I believe, with a challenge like this, I would, in no time, be able to turn this into a habit without having to ‘make’ time for it.
Thus, having inspired from Yes Theory – I’m setting a 100 day challenge, to exercise everyday.
It could in the form of anything – the goal is to move – with no set time limit – whatever suits me at the time.
